Parliamentarians and guests gathered to hear the SEA's Ben Copson introduce the report, outlining its call for a holistic, outcome-led and fabric first approach. 

House-building specifications, energy efficiency interventions and low-carbon heating solutions were celebrated as critical adaptations needed for the UK's housing stock to reduce its significant emission levels.

A panel of experts discussed at length the merits of the report and its proposals voiced by panellists from the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, the Active Building Centre, ECA, Naked Energy and Thermal Storage UK.
