In this session, Jessica Skilbeck, Director for Net Zero Buildings at the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, provided an update on the recently published Warm Homes Plan. This was followed by a panel discussion and Q&A with PRASEG supporters, chaired by PRASEG Chair Polly Billington MP.
